(1)  Pay online using your credit card.

(2)  Mail your order with credit card information or a check.

(3)  Fax your order to our toll free number.

 How long will it take before I receive my order?

Most in stock orders are shipped within two-five working days of receipt.   Since most U.S. orders are shipped USPS or UPS chosen by you at the checkout, you should receive your shipment in 5 -10 working days (US only).  Back to top...

 How long will it take before I receive my International order and what are the shipping costs?

Unfortunately we have stopped shipping to international destinations due to credit card frauds.

How will I know if any of item is on backorder?   

We will notify you immediately if an item is on backorder via e-mail or letter.  At that time you may cancel the backorder.  If you choose to wait for the backorder, the item will be shipped out as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost.  Please note backorders will be very rare.  Back to top...

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are not satisfied, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of  receipt and we will refund your money in full less the shipping charges and 15% restocking charges.  Again SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON - REFUNDABLE and THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Also you ship the products at your own expense. Please state the reason for the return, so we may improve our services to you in future.  Back to top...
